Come January while everyone minds are generally turning to decluttering and a fresh start, I somehow have a period in which I become obsessed with makeup!
I blame round-up posts and videos of the best beauty products of the previous year combined with January sales, which leave me wanting to try out endless new products and snag some bargains! So as you can see I've picked up quite a few sale buys that I simply have to share as most of them are still available - I also picked up quite a few beauty items that I'm thoroughly pleased with!
If you're a long time reader of Makeup Savvy then you will know I'm never quick off the mark with things, hence why this post is a little late! However, I still thought it was worth posting as some of the sales mention her are still available and it's a nice haul post at the end of the day!
Below you will find a mix of makeup (of course), fragrance, books and candles!
For the past 6 months I've felt the call of Cult Beauty, mainly due to the fact they stock most of the luxury brands I love, think Charlotte Tilbury, Sunday Riley to name but a few, and now they cater for all budgets with brands such as NYX, The Ordinary and Zoeva. So good!
Basically, Cult Beauty is my beauty haven.
So recently I decided to place a totally impromptu order with my favourite more budget-friendly brands to try out a few products that have been on my wishlist for a while, along with some new finds, obviously!
Last week I placed my
So this is basically a haul of treats which I felt I deserved, haha!
However the first item is one of my most favourite blogger purchases in a long while and something I will be using daily, so I guess it was an item I didn't know I needed until I had it. Hope you like this haul... I really can't get enough of ASOS at the moment!

White Board Weekly Planner - £7.99 HERE
I've had this white board for a week now and can already say it's a blogger must-have! Ideal for jotting down your schedule or blog posts you plan to write. In the past I've always used a weekly planner notebook or pad but often things change, so for this planner to be wipeable is great! A really lovely design and size, plus you receive the 4 colourful magnets shown (the motivational signs are my own) which are handy for pinning notes and receipts to the board, or you could just use them on your fridge instead! Also thinking this would be great as a meal planner board for the kitchen. Really very impressed with this!

NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Tea And Cookies - £6.50 HERE
Having already tried 'Soft Spoken' for the Liquid Suede line and absolutely loving everything about it I thought it was time to pick up another shade. I went for Tea & Cookies as it looked my kind of pinky nude and that's always flattering to all skin tones. Just so soft and feminine looking on the lips and most importantly comfortable. A very flattering matte lip cream that everyone needs in my opinion!

Miss Etoile Trinket Dish - £5.00 HERE
I will hold my hands up and admit this was a totally unneeded purchase... but I couldn't resist the cuteness! I have more than enough trinket dishes now but ya know, blog props and all! But aside from this being the cutest design it actually makes a really good ring holder and it's totally inexpensive. Basically I'm not going to feel guilty for buying yet another jewellery dish! You can find the entire Miss Etoile range on ASOS here.

Clear Cactus Make Up Bag - £5.99 HERE
Another unneeded purchase but one I couldn't resist was this amazing cactus makeup bag. I mean just look at it! If you are loving the cactus trend at the moment then this is something you need to pick up - it's allow, it's payday after all. Although I haven't filled it just yet I can tell it will hold a decent amount of makeup and the fact it's clear will also be handy when looking for something specific. Perfect for any plant lover or beauty blogger I'd say!
Here are few things I'm also lusting after...

Top row L-R - Cactus Jewellery Tray, Valentine's Card (perfect to frame!), Peg Board
Bottom row L-R - Llamas Set of Drawers Set, Lottie Mermaid Glow (exclusive), Sass & Belle Mug

It's that time of the month again - eBay haul time! These are some of my most favourite posts to write as I truly love eBay and I love sharing what items look like past their stock images and what I think of them! Plus I love knowing you may also pick up some bargains from it as well.
This month I didn't go crazy on eBay but what I did get I've been really happy with and all have been so inexpensive yet really good quality. I hope you find some bargains from this haul!

Bamboo 6-Piece Makeup Brush Set (£1.70 HERE)
This month I must have been in a bamboo loving mood because all the bamboo brushes I came across I snapped up. I first came across this amazingly priced set and instantly knew it would be great as a travel set. On arrival the brushes felt perfectly soft and good quality with no loose ferrules... though the bristles did have a strong plastic scent to them, so a pre-wash is a must! I've already used a few of the smaller brushes for a smokey eye and they really are lovely quality. I've so pleased I picked up this bargain set!

Bamboo Double Ended Eyebrow Brush (99p HERE)
I always love a double ended brush and with this being 99p I couldn't resist it. The angled eyebrow brush is soft and flexible making it great for both the eyebrows and under the eyes and the spoolie is handy for brushing through the brows. Nothing unique but super cheap and fab quality.

Makeup Product Stickers (£1.39 HERE)
I mentioned these amazing stickers in a past eBay Bargains post and as they turned up this month I just had to show them! If you are makeup obsessed like me then these are an unnecessary must! I have no clue how I will use them but I'm just amazed that the stickers are miniature versions of some cult beauty favourites... even down to the 'it' blogger camera! The detail really is impressive and the stickers are quite thick and very adhesive. If you have a planner/diary or like to journal then these stickers would be perfect. You can find 34 other styles here!

Bamboo Flat Topped Kabuki Brush (£1.19 HERE)
Last of my bamboo brushes I picked up this perfectly shaped kabuki brush. However this did come in Tarte packaging and with the Tarte branding to the gold bottom - naughty eBay seller! I don't like to buy fake makeup brushes as I find they can often lack quality due to money being spent on the packaging and branding, however this does seem amazing quality - super soft and dense! So far I've used this with powder bronzer and it's worked perfectly but you could use this to buff in foundation. I'm personally really pleased with this brush but please do be aware it is a fake.

15 Head Fake Flowers - Green (99p HERE)
Last month I was on the lookout for some blog props and decided to opt for some cheap fake flowers. I wasn't expecting much for 99p but I was pleasantly surprised when they turned up. Yes, you can tell the flowers are fake but positioned correctly in photos, i.e around the above phone cases, they can look really nice. I'll definitely be picking up more of these flowers in a few other colours.
Phone Cases - for iPhone 4 - 6 plus
At the beginning of April I posted quite a few of my favourite phone cases from eBay - find both posts here & here! Which meant I ended up buying quite a few of them and so far 3 have turned up and I love them all! All are gel covers making them super easy to get on and off and don't scratch. I'd highly recommend them!
Transparent Cherry Cover #29 (99p HERE) - Super cute and summery! This has a 3D effect to it due to the layered design of the cherries which I love and the illustrated look really shows up well.
Transparent Mehndi #11 (99p HERE) - My favourite case so far and what I currently have on my phone. The design is so detailed and shows of the rose gold back of my phone so well. I've also had quite a few comments on it when out and about!
Blue Glacier Effect (£1.22 HERE) - When this arrived I wasn't sure but on my phone it looks great. Again really good detail to it and so easy to take on and off to change covers.
I really hope you've found some inexpensive treats here!

Even though I was thoroughly spoilt at Christmas and vowed I didn't need to treat myself to anything come January I found I just couldn't resist a bargain. Which is how all the above happened!
However I'm so pleased with all my sale buys this month that I wanted to share them with you. Hopefully I won't be an enable here and encourage any last minute January spending - if I do, then apologies in advance hehe!

Make Up For Ever Smokey Extravagant Kit
£18.00 - Debenhams here (purchased at £12 in the sale!)
Starting with beauty first I picked up my first ever Make Up For Ever Gift set that was such a bargain at £12. I've dabbled slightly in MUFE before and always been pleased and as I was after a new mascara I decided to go for this set. As you can see it contains the MUFE Smoky Extravagant Mascara, Mini Aqua Eyes Pencil and 25ml Sens' Eyes Cleanser -a great little set to try out a few new products from Make Up For Ever. However so far I can't say I rate the mascara as it neither adds volume or lengthens, which is a bit of a disappointment. But the kohl eyeliner and eye makeup remover are making up for it as they are both amazing. I'm glad I picked up the kit, but at £18 I'm not too sure it's worth it!
Tous H2o 50ml
On sale £5.00 - Boots in-store
For the last few years I've been in love with Tous H2o and thankfully it can be often found in Boots in the clearance section for some amazing prices. In the past I've picked up a 30ml bottle for the amazing price of £2!!! but this time I stocked up with a 50ml bottle for £5.00 which is still pretty amazing! Other than absolutely loving the bottle design, H2o is a wonderful fresh aqua scent that's ideal for the Spring/Summer months. If you ever spot this in Boots and love aqua scents make sure to pick it up!

Roger & Gallet Bois D'Orange Huile Sublime 100ml
£16.00 - John Lewis here
Onto another scent that I picked up at the beginning of Jauary but not in the sale as I had a gift card to spend. This was a fragrance I first tried in M&S and loved but then after some research I realised I could go for the 'gold shimmer' version for £16 instead of £32 for the standard fragrant water. Of course some may not like the added golden shimmer but I personally don't mind it as it's only spritzed on my wrists and clothes so it doesn't really show. As for the scent I'd describe it as a creamy mix of orange and vanilla which is perfect for summer but as I love the aroma so much I'm finding I'm already using it. You can also find the R&G Gingembre Fragrant Water for £16.00 from John Lewis here.

Mantaray Nordic-inspired Snood
Was £18 Now £9 - Debenhams here
Onto non-beauty products now with a few accessories and something ideal for the next few colder months. This is a lovely Nordic style printed snood that is so well made and ultra warming with the inner fleece lining. From the online images I was expecting something quite lightweight so I was thrilled when this thick snood arrived; it's certainly warmer than all my other scarves and snoods and will be brought out when we're having cold snaps.

ASOS Structured Shopper Bag with Removable Clutch
£28.00 - ASOS here
Another non-sale item here but as I was so so pleased with this bag I decided to include it in the haul! This is my first ASOS own brand handbag and though it looked nice online it's even more amazing in person and very Zara-like both in the style and quality of it. Other than the bag being really well made I love the size and size of the bag and the added benefit of having the removable clutch that can free up more space inside the bag and of course be used as a clutch bag on a night-out or in summer. You can also find the bag in nude here... which I'm very tempted to pick up for Spring. Possibly my favourite buy of the month!
Woodland Animal Cloche

Woodland Animal Cloche
Reduced £4.00 - Homesense in-store
Last but not least I of course had a little trip to Homesense this month to snap up some post Christmas bargains. Along with a few seasonal items which I've already stored away for next Christmas I picked up this stunning woodland animal cloche that I was instantly drawn to. I was expecting this to be around £10 even though it was on the clearance aisle so I was amazed when I spotted the £4.00 price tag. I just love everything about this and know it will be something I treasure for many years.
Right, time for no more spending!
Hope you enjoyed the haul.

Haul time again!
With warmer weather on the horizon I couldn't resist a few summer inspired purchases and as I'm pleased with all of them I thought I'd share. Hope you enjoy this post - I always like reading haul posts myself!

Victoria's Secret Love Spell Body Mist
£8.79 - Amazon here
Come summer a new body mist to add to my collection is always going to happen. I decided after having a smell of the VS ones in Tesco (yes, some stores now sell the range but at £15) it would be 'Love Spell'. This is certainly not a scent for everyone as dare I say it... it does have a rotten fruit smell to it?! But that mellows and the scent takes me back to the days when The Body Shop sold 'Fuzzy Peach', anyone remember that? If you aren't THAT old or just didn't try the cult perfume oil at the time, it's almost a fermented peach scent that isn't as light as you would expect from a peach body mist, though the cherry blossom does lift it. I've also been impressed with how long this specific scent lasts! Not one to buy without smelling but a scent I will be loving this summer.
Shay & Blue Salt Caramel Natural Spray Fragrance
£30.00 (30ml) - John Lewis here
So I gave in after writing my latest wish list and decided to treat myself! Now before buying this I hadn't actually smelt the fragrance however from reviews and the fact it's a salted caramel scent I was 99% sure I'd like it. And thankfully I do! I'm also in love with the packaging. The scent is a little more on the popcorn side than I imagined it to be and I'd have liked a little more saltiness but on the whole this is such a gorgeous scent. As this is a natural spray it doesn't have the best sillage so for that reason I think it should be priced a little lower but other than that this is truly a wonderful fragrance that makes you smell amazing! If you love yummy scents this is certainly one to try out.

Ole Henriksen The Clean Truth Cleansing Cloths x30
£12.00 - Feel Unique here
On to Feel Unique buys now with a repurchase of my favourite face wipes that are most definitely a treat! I mean at £12 for 30 wipes these aren't purchased often but in summer I just can't resist. The reason why I'm such a fan of these wipes is that I feel they do brighten my skin ever so slightly, they most definitely don't give me spots and they smell incredible. Really it's just the scent of them and how energising they are if I'm honest, think sugary orange jelly babies! Seriously these smell like they contain sugar! Totally perfect for the summer months when you want to refresh the skin and for taking on holiday with you (they do a pack of 10 for £6.00). Love, love, love!
Eucerin Mattifying Sun Fluid SPF 50+ 50ml
£12.00 - Feel Unique here
This was a wish list purchase on recommendation of Katie from Katie's Beauty Blog and something I knew I'd eventually pick up, so whilst it was on sale on the Feel Unique website I snapped it up. On trying this out I'm so pleased I did as this truly is a mattifying fluid SPF that's ideal for anyone with an oily complexion. The light fluid literally sinks into the skin and feels like a powder whilst you are applying it - it's that quick! Perfect for applying before makeup on sunny days. This is also another thing I will be taking on holiday with me in a few months. Amazing stuff!

Topshop '5 Years of Beauty' Innocent Lipstick
£8.00 - Feel Unique here
Lastly I couldn't resist adding this stunning lipstick to my basket in order to get the 2 free samples that Feel Unique offer on orders over £30. Well, that was my excuse anyway! I feel Topshop totally know how to draw customers in and this new rose gold packaging certain does just that, plus this pinky hue was calling my name. The formula of this is creamy and gives a lovely semi-matt finish which I like and really is worth the £8 price tag. Innocent is also the perfect shade for summer if you like pink lipsticks like I do. Nothing else caught my eye from the '5 Years of Beauty' collection but this will be a cherished item in my makeup bag.
What have you bought recently with summer in mind? Let me know!

Another month, another haul! With so many new products on ASOS I was like a moth to light and couldn't resist placing an order of beauty products I needed. Yes, needed!
Below are a few new product ranges that can be found on ASOS, plus a bargain buy that I'm beyond pleased with. Apologies in advance if I leave you feeling spendy!

Korres Wild Rose 24 Hour Moisturising Cream for Oily/Combination Skin
WAS £20.00 NOW £10.00 - ASOS here
First up that bargain buy that I'm oh so pleased with! For the past few weeks I've been on the look out for a new daily moisturiser after deciding that Clarins HydraQuench Cream, though lovely is that bit too pricey at £35 for me. Actually, I said to myself if I couldn't find anything as good for less I'd stick with it but thankfully I took a shot with the Korres Wild Rose Moisturising Cream and loved it! The wonderful cream is better than I imagined with a souffle/mousse texture that melts into the skin perfectly and feels perfectly light. I've so far found this cream to keep my skin moisturised but without that oily or heavy feel. I'm also looking forward to seeing if there are any brightening effects to it when used long term. As for the packaging the jar is made of glass and has a slight ombre effect to the rim that I had to photograph as I really liked it! Available for Normal/Dry skin here. If you are looking for a new moisturiser than I'd certainly recommend it, especially while it's half price at only £10!
Korres Minis
White Tea Gel Cleanser 16ml - £3.00 ASOS here
Basil Lemon Body Milk 40ml - £3.00 ASOS here
One of ASOS's many recent ranges includes Korres's minis! Now I know Waitrose stock a few Korres minis but it's limited to showers gels and soaps, which is a bit boring. So I was more than pleased when ASOS started stocking a bigger range of minis with a choice of cleansers and body lotions. Just to try a few things, because I've always got on with Korres products, I picked up a lovely fresh and zingy body lotion that I already know I will be repurchasing for my next holiday and an interesting white tea gel cleanser that I've yet to try. For only £3.00 each the minis are affordable and worth trying out if you are going on holiday any time soon! You can find the entire range here.

L'Oreal Super Liner Blackbuster
WAS £6.99 NOW £5.59 - ASOS here
Another recent addition to ASOS has been L'Oreal products. Not that amazing I know, but as ASOS often have discount codes and sales it means picking up a high street brand for less, something I'm always up for! After browsing the range I decided to pick up the chunky version of the Super Slim liner, which is pretty much my go-to liner. Surprisingly the chunkier tip isn't too daunting and from trying it on the back of my hand I think it will be pretty easy to work with. Also it's the blackest of black! Possible review with the SuperSlim liner to come.
Dr. PAWPAW Tinted Peach Pink Balm
£6.99 - ASOS here
Over the last few years Dr. PAWPAW balm has reached cult status and with it now being available at ASOS I thought I'd throw a tube of their tinted version into my basket. In hindsight after realising how multi-purpose the balm is I wish I had opted for the original non-tinted balm to get full use out of it but for summer the peach tinted version will do and be a nice makeup bag item. The uses of Dr. PAWPAW balm seems endless - lip balm, hair smoother, skin soother, cuticle balm, nappy cream and apparently makeup primer (not too sure on that one... maybe for very dry skin types). But of course the tinted version isn't as multipurpose due to the tint, however it makes a lovely lip balm and dewy cheek tint. Also the 25ml tube is pretty huge and with so little needed it will pretty much last years. You can find the original clear balm on ASOS here, I know I will be picking this up at some point. If you love a multi-purpose product then you will love this!
Now to resist the ASOS sale for the rest of the month!
Fee xo.

In a post last week I briefly mentioned my current ASOS addiction! Now you may be thinking it can't be that bad but in one week alone last month I placed 5 orders?! That is madness and also a result of having an ASOS Premier account which gives you the joy of free next day delivery all year round. So if something doesn't fit, I simply re-order it in the correct size and when I spot a bargain it's oh so tempted to snap it up knowing it will be with me the next day.
Plus I'm also in holiday buying mode at the moment and ASOS are great for all-year round clothing when all the high street shops are just coming out with their Spring collections. So even though my ASOS habit isn't justified, it's understandable!
One of the symptoms of this condition is called "adding-on" in which the shopper can't just purchase the product intended and feels the need to 'add on' to their basket. Above is a pure example of this! However to be fair everything I've bought in the last week or so has been a total bargain! Which is why I thought I'd share my latest purchases with you and be a total enabler in the process. Enjoy!

Lazy Oaf Sunglasses Shopper Bag
REDUCED £4.00 - HERE
First up is a cheap-y shopping tote for my upcoming holiday! I love these for next to the pool or beach to throw everything into, they really do the job and you know you can wash them if you get anything on it. The design of this is very summer appropriate, though they do have a few other quirky prints in stock (all reduced!).
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation
£6.99 - HERE
Another week, another foundation! Currently it seems I can't get enough of foundations, but after discovering Rimmel have the super light shade of 'light porcelian' (FYI: it can be tricky to find on the high street) I had to try out another foundation from the brand. So far so good with this... it's light yet creamy and gives light to medium coverage. Also the match is pretty spot on for my ultra pale skin!
REN Travel Size Cleanser Kit
REDUCED £5.50 - HERE
This was another holiday buy as I was after a quality cleanser to take on holiday but in a travel size - kind of hard to find. But aside from going on holiday I wanted to try out the two cleansers at only £7. The two cleansers includes are REN Express Makeup Remover - a cream cleanser you wipe over the skin on a cotton pad, and REN 3-in-1 Cleansing Water - a micellar water again wiped over the skin with a cotton pad. Out of the two I love the Cleansing Water the most but both are lovely products ideal for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you want to trial out a couple of new cleansers I'd definitely pick this up!

Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Plumpy Top Coat
NEW £2.99 - HERE
Annoyingly I mentioned this top coat in my last post, but hey ho I'll mention again as it's worth buying if you're in need of a new top coat! This is Barry M's newest top coat and for me it's love. It's glossy, oh so smooth and yes, it actually does give a little plump-ness to the nails which turns a standard nail polish into looking slightly gel-like and actually thicker. I mentioned previously that I also think it would look great over nail art and glitter nail polish come to think of it as it would highlight the glitter and finish off the nails with a smooth seal. Strange side note - Since using this top coat I find myself stroking my finger nails. Yes, I'm slightly strange.
Ciate White Choc Pot Nail Polish Remover
NEW £6.00 - HERE
When I got this I opened the pot and was pretty disappointed - it smelt like any standard nail polish remover; stinky. But on using it and actually removing my nail polish with it, you get that lovely white chocolate scent with not a hint of chemicals. This means that my nails/hands don't smell of potent nail polish remover when re-doing my nails and need washing now. So it is a bit of a novelty product but I like it and at £6 it's the same price as other dippy-pot removers. I also quite like the dinky size too.
Hope you like little random hauls like this!

Haul time again!
With The Body Shop offering their amazing '£25 off when you spend £50' deal I couldn't resist. Over the past few months my to-buy list for products from The Body Shop has grown, so this was an ideal opportunity to snap everything up at 50% off, plus free delivery!
*The Body Shop deal includes - £5 off when you send £15, £10 off when you send £25 and £25 off when you spend £50 with the code 'TREAT'. Offer ends midnight 26th January 2015.*

Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder in Light Matte
£13.00 here
Finally, finally, I have my hands on the one bronzer I've been lusting for for over a year now! I really don't know why it's taken me so long to get it but I'm now so pleased it's in my life.. even if it's just to look at, because this is one pretty product! Already I know this will be a go-to contour option as it's a great match for my pale skin and has such a perfect tone - no undertones of oompa loompa here. So excited to try this out now!
Moringa Eau De Toilette
£8.50/30ml here
Out of all The Body Shop scents 'Moringa' is definitely my favourite. I discovered it a few years back in summer when I was after something fresh and floral and it just hit the spot. Since then I've been re-purchasing the Moringa Body Mist and while I love it I can't just throw the 100ml glass bottle in my handbag. So this time I decided to opt for the more travel friendly 30ml size with the eau de toilette version which also offers a longer lasting, more concentrated scent. The scent is best smelt in person but to me this is a wonderful light floral white flower scent that is so fresh and very true to warm flowers giving off their scent in summer. Just beautiful for spring/summer!

Tea Tree Flawless BB Cream in Light
£8.00/40ml here
This was very much an impulse purchase to bump up my basket to the £50 mark (so I could get everything for £25!) but one I'm sooo glad I took a risk on. Generally I'm not a fan off BB creams - never enough coverage, never feel that great on my skin and they never seem to be light enough for my skin tone. Until I discovered this one! If you have a oily/combination skin type then I urge you to try this. It covers, concealer, feels so light on the skin and it's light enough to actually be called 'light'. I'm sure this will be popping up in other posts as I'm just so impressed with it.
Aloe Lip Treatment
£5.00 here
This was another to-buy product that I hadn't bought due to it always being sold out (at the time of typing this post it's still in stock - woohoo!) in fact two stores I visited were also sold out of it and both asisstants told me it was a popular product indeed! Is this due to the Essie Button effect (she raved about it a few times), I really don't know, but I'm expecting miracles! I have way too many lip balms but purchased this as a night-time lip treatment, well that's what I've been telling myself so I could allow myself to buy it, that can get to work and renew my dry winter lips. I'm interested to see how good this.

Facial Massager
£6.00 here
This was without a doubt a Caroline Hirons inspired purchase after reading her blog post on this exact facial massager here. If you love reading beauty blogs then you will know Caroline Hirons is a skincare God, actual the God of skincare. She knows her stuff and when she recommends something on the high street I snap it up! I'm hoping this will remedy the lumps that sometimes develop under my jawline, that feel like blockages in my skin and develop into sore under the skin spots. Also I love the idea of using this with a facial oil when I'm wanting to pamper my skin. I expected the roller to be hard plastic but was pleased to feel it's actually got some give to it and it is really comfortable to use.
Coconut Oil Hair Shine
£5.50 here
I love coconut oil and I love using it on my hair as an intensive treatment so when I spotted this it was straight in my basket. This is quite a simple product it that if melts under contact with the fingertips and can be used on the ends and fly-away parts of the hair to tame frizz and add shine. The Hair Shine has great reviews of The Body Shop website so I have high hopes for it. Also you can just tell this is a product that will last forever!

Banana Conditioner
£4.50/250ml here
Ahhhh, banana conditioner how I love you so. You are so wrong but also so very right.
This is one of those products you need to trust me on and have a cheeky sniff of in The Body Shop, because trust me, this smells a lot nicer than you'd ever imagine. It's almost a sweet banana scent that is quite fresh and just different. I doubt I'd love this scent in anything other than haircare but as a conditioner it just works. As for the conditioner itself it works a treat for my dry over-heated hair, leaving it soft and smelling sweet... not banana-y.
Rainforest Shine Shampoo & Radiance Conditioner Mini
These are just two minis I added in with my order for an upcoming holiday in March. The shampoo is SLS-free and a really nice one. The conditioner works well enough, though I will be making sure to take a mini Aussie 3 Minute Deep Conditioner with me for sea salt tangled hair that needs extra nourishing.
Hope you enjoyed this haul!
Remember the amazing offer is on until Monday night if you are planning on buying anything!
What is your favourite ever product from The Body Shop?
Fee xo.

At Christmas I was treated to lots of lovely beauty products! I also bought lots of lovely beauty products! So I thought instead of a full-on "What I got for Christmas" post, I would opt for a collective beauty haul where I could show everything and also give a few mini reviews.
So without rambling here really are the beauties I received and bought over Christmas...

Ahhh, Lush how I love and also hate you. Yes, I'm female and used the H-word for Lush! You see for me I find most of Lush's products not very natural at all and freaking awful smelling! But then when I really look up products I do find some gems... they're just few and far between for me. So here are 3 products I purchased/received based on recommendation and looking up what the ingredients were and that also smell heavenly! I also wanted to pick up the frequently raved about Cupcake Face Mask but they'd all sold out *insert single tear emoji face*.
Let The Good Times Roll Cleanser
£6.75/100g - Lush here or in-store
This was a cleanser I knew I wanted after I'm sure Miss Budget Beauty mentioned in a video. The idea of actual popcorn being in a product had be intrigued and it being a non SLS/foaming product made it an instant winner for me. I've so far only used this twice but oh lordy, I love it! This truly smells like it could be some kind of popcorn-y cookie dough... a-mazing. It also has a scrub-y element to it which is a nice addition when removing makeup. Quite a unique cleanser that I know I will enjoy using.
Lush Butterfly Gift Set
£8.95 - Lush here on in-store
Contains - Ro's Argan Body Conditioner - 45g, Sultana Of Soap - 100g
First up in this glorious gift set is Ro's Argan Body Conditioner which is an in-shower body conditioner that is packed full of wonderful oils. The smell of this for me is just divine as I already love the smell of Argan Oil but with scents of cocoa oil and rose this is such a rich and dreamy scent. I've used this multiple times already and love it! It's a simple rub over the skin and wash off kind of product but once you step out of the bath/shower you really feel how conditioned and moisturised your skin is with all the oils. This set is also a great way to try out the body conditioner as for the full size it's actually a whooping £16.50!
As for the soap I have yet to try it out as I've been too busy smelling it and ahhh-ing at how amazing it smells (it's smells like a fruit almond cake fyi!). Also unlike most Lush soaps this is free from sulphates (SLS's) meaning it bound to be a more sensitive, non-drying soap and even by just feeling it I can tell how creamy it's going to be. May actually use this as a body soap over plonking it next to the sink.

Sooo much makeup here and exactly the products I love! Again these are a mixed of Christmas presents and a few after Christmas purchases. Just realised I must be going through a lip product addiction because there's a notable amount here!
theBalm Autobalm Palette
£13-15 - ASOS or Feel Unique (when in stock)
This little beauty is possibly my favourite product out of everything! I already love theBalm but overlooked this little palette as it didn't seem anything special. However I failed to realise how multi-purpose and travel friendly it was, with perfect shades - I know this will be a product that goes on all future holidays! This basically can be used as 3 eyeshadows for a lovely smokey eye, as a smokey eyeliner (wet or dry), a brow powder and a face/eye highlight! All the shades are beautiful but the highlighter is just stunning, as is the blusher. A very, very handy palette indeed!
Revlon Colorburst Lacquer Balm in Demure
2 Revlon Products for £10 - Boots or £5 Lip Lacquers - Superdrug
I will admit this was a purchase solely due to the shiny packaging... I just couldn't resist. That and it was a pretty shade of course, but more the latter. There's something I really like about Revlon Lacquer Balms, they're just easy and minty. I just really like them as everyday throw-on lip colours. Demure is a very pretty sheer light pink that has a small amount of sparkle to it. It doesn't really do a lot to the lips but what it does is pretty and feminine. A thumbs up for this impulsive buy.
Too Faced La Creme Lipstick in Razzle Dazzle Rose
£18.00 - ASOS here
This was a surprise Christmas present and one I was so pleased with! I'm a fan of Too Faced but hadn't tried out any lip products and if I had it would have been this lipstick range. The beautiful lipstick is a beyond lovely formula that smooths over the lips in one high pigmented swipe and looks super glossy. The shade is also beautiful but one I will be leaving until spring/summer as it's such a pretty pink. As for the packaging it's just so heavy and have a very satisfying slow close. Is it worth £18? Not really. Is it pretty? Hell yes. One to pick up if it's ever on sale!
As for the rest, because this is turning out to be more of an essay in length, I received two Barry M Cor Balmy Lip Balms that I'm quite excited to try out, a lovely Patisserie De Bain Lemon Bon-Bon Lip Balm (I have the Violet one and love it!), an interest looking novelty cereal lip balm, a Revlon Perfumerie Nail Polish in Italian Leather (perfect for winter) and L'Oreal Colour Infaillible in Coconut Shake.

Onto fragrance now as Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a new perfume or two. Especially with Boxing Day sales when reduced fragrance gift sets are aplenty!
Guerlain Insolence Eau De Parfum
£29.99/30ml - Boots here
Insolence is my signature fragrance, it's wonderful sweet violet scent is just perfect and something I never tire of wearing all year round. So as I'd just come to the end of a bottle I was very please to see this from my santa! This is one high end fragrance that can often be found reduced so a 30ml bottle won't break the bank, unlike a lot of other high end scents!
Philosophy Amazing Grace Fragrance Layering Set
WAS £35.00 Reduced £17.50 - Boots in-store
This was a little after Christmas sales buy that I was lucky enough to snap up! I'd previously tried the Amazing Grace fragrance and found it to be a lovely light and fresh scent but the £32.00 price tag did put me off. So as you can imagine I was more than happy to spot this trio of products for only £17.50! This will definitely be a spring time/summer scent for me as it's so light and clean smelling and for once I think I will actually use the additional whipped body cream. However I have major dislike of the Philosophy Shampoo, Bath & Shower Gel as to quote the back of the bottle, it's "prolonged exposure may cause irritation to skin and urinary tract".... yes, pretty shocking! So I will be avoiding using that!

Essence heaven here! I was utterly spoilt with Essence goodies and I couldn't be more pleased. Essence are a brand I love but sadly I've yet to find a stand in any Wilko stores I've visited, so this stash will definitely keep me going.
Essence Eyeshadows
Essence know how to do good neutral shades, in fact I have a Quattro eyeshadow palette that is one of my most used palettes. The two above Quattro eyeshadow palettes are 'Most Wanted' (the bottom two shades are so so stunning) and 'To Die For' (a great everyday palette). As for the larger eyeshadow palette, which I didn't seem to capture how stunning it is, includes some beautiful rose toned nude shades, I've already been enjoying this so much.
Essence Blushers
Another favourite from Essence is their blushers, their choice of colours is amazing and so cheap! Above I have two beautiful Blush Up blushers that I can't wait to try out - I have a feeling these will be my favourites comes summer. I also have a lovely little Silky Touch Blush in 'Sweetheart' that's perfect for pale skin with just a touch of colour.
I've also been totally loving Essence XXXL Longlasting Lipglos Matt Effect in Velvet Rose, which is the nicest matt lip cream I've tried in both formula and texture. The scent is also the most amazing caramel which I can't get enough of. Also very impressed with the All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder as it's finally milled and gives such a natural look over foundation.

Dr. Bronner Almond Soap
Reduced £3.00 - ASOS here
This was another SLS-free buy that I thought I'd try out. Not only does this smell incredible but it has so many different uses, you can even clean makeup brushes with it! I already love the liquid soaps that Dr. Bronner offer so I'm keen to see how this fares. Also very tempted with the Orange soap now.
Tigi Bed Head Mini Small Talk
This is another budget product I thought I'd give a try. I love so many Tigi hair products and I'm sure this will be the same as it claims to add volume whilst also taming frizz, plus it smells amazing... think a fruity yoghurt! Also the 125ml size really isn't that small and I predict will last quite a long time.
Yes To Blueberries Cleansing Facial Wipes
£4.00 - ASOS here
The Yes To Grapefruit Exfoliating Facial Wipes made my '14 Beauty Favourites of 2014' post so I was happy to receive these as a little extra present. I will admit these do smell incredibly similar to the Grapefruit wipes but that's fine with me as I love the sugary slightly zingy scent. These are just as refreshing and gentle to the skin. Perfect to prep up the skin and for occasional lazy cleansing.
This was a much longer post than I anticipated but hopefully you enjoyed seeing what I received and bought over Christmas. I definitely have enough new products to last me the next few months!
Fee xo.
